Clear terms for your appointment, purchase and ongoing support.

Our relationship with you
These terms apply to your use of the Night Vision Concierge LLC website and to purchases and appointments arranged with us. Any product-specific terms or written proposal provided before payment also apply. If something is unclear, please use our contact form before placing an order.
Private appointments
Appointments are arranged individually in the Las Vegas area. We confirm the location, specific night vision devices, demonstration fee and any eligible purchase credit before you book. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment receive a full refund of the appointment fee. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, 50% of the appointment fee is retained and the remaining 50% is refunded. Please use our contact form to cancel or request a new appointment time. An inquiry alone does not reserve an appointment.
Product information and orders
Product photographs are representative unless a listing identifies the actual device offered for sale. Confirm the configuration, compatibility and availability before ordering. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are disclosed before payment. If we identify a material error in a listing, we will contact you to resolve it before fulfilling your order.
Shipping and delivery
Available shipping destinations, charges and estimated shipment timing are confirmed before payment. If shipment is delayed beyond the promised time, we will notify you and offer the choices required by applicable law, including cancellation and a refund where required.
Accessory returns
We accept accessory returns within 30 days of delivery and provide a return shipping label. Please contact us through the contact form before sending an item back. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address privately.
Night vision devices and lasers
Night vision devices and lasers are final sale and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not limit applicable warranty coverage or rights and remedies available under law for defective, damaged-on-arrival or incorrectly supplied goods.
Warranty support
We provide warranty support for night vision devices and lasers for covered defects. Damage caused by misuse, accidents or improper handling is excluded from that coverage. The warranty period, covered components, available remedies and claim requirements are specified in the warranty terms provided for your product before purchase. To request support, use the contact form and describe the issue. We will review your claim and provide next steps. Final-sale status does not prevent an eligible warranty claim.
Use of products and this website
Follow the product manufacturer’s instructions and use products only as intended. Do not interfere with this website, submit misleading information or attempt unauthorized access. Brand names and product marks belong to their respective owners.
Shipping
Accessory orders ship by USPS within the United States for a flat rate of $9.95 per order. We do not offer international shipping. Applicable Nevada sales tax is calculated at checkout.
Changes and questions
We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Changes do not retroactively replace terms already agreed for a purchase or appointment.
